Spacious and tidy rooms here, with a cozy vibe. 🏨 the staff is super friendly and approachable. the location is awesome, not too far from the city center, making it convenient to get around town.

We liked to spend time here, can just recommend!

We had a VERY LOVELY stay in a long time. The room we had included a safe box, TV set, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center and a nice shopping area, nice restaurants down stairs and many attractions. It was not too far away from Culver's, serving fast food.

i got complimentary triple room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The breakfast spot at the nearby bakery was a standout feature, the location was excellent being close to great restaurants, and conveniently situated near the bustling pedestrian area and city center.

the triple room was large and well-kept with private bath, three comfy chairs, for example.

The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were spacious, and the restaurant offered authentic cuisine for all budgets.

The hotel is clean. the staff is very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. the hotel has a very nice area. Central location just off the main train station and Hamburg and the BinnenAlster. A great selection of food options just a short stroll away from the venue. Pleasant stay for several nights during vacations.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The pedestrian street lined with restaurants made it easy to explore and enjoy the city's attractions. The staff at the adjoining hotel were helpful and provided useful information for parking our car. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly service.

the price was competitive and the location was excellent. the room, although basic, was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower. Despite the chilly weather, the room was warm. the hotel's old and beautiful staircase added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Checking in was a smooth process and the staff were friendly. the hotel is located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The proximity to the Ubahn was also a bonus. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.
